We will be shipping orders as promptly as possible, but since we do not carry unlimited inventory of the other brands we stock we may need to reorder if we run out of selected shades. We will be planning to fill complete orders as a single shipment, so if an item has run out we will hold your order and ship it when fresh stock comes in within a week or so. Our system will continue to accept orders for items even if they are backordered, so order placement is not a guarantee that stock is immediately available.

IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT COULEUR CARAMEL PRODUCTS: Unfortunately Couleur Caramel has changed their distribution arrangements in the USA and we are not able to reorder their products at this time. Couleur Caramel product sales will be limited to only what we have on hand, and then they are gone for now. We will be attempting to see if we can set up an account with the new distributor but at this time do not have any solid news. Please keep this in mind when shopping as this is the last of our Couleur stock.

We have an assortment of their normal and colored hair shampoos and conditioners. Feel free to make a request in the comments of your order if there is one you would most like to try, and we will try to honor that request. Supplies of each are limited.  If we are out of your requested item we will sub what we do have.  1 gift per shopper.

Figuring out what products are safe can make your head swim.  Our team is serious about protecting your health and giving you a gorgeous result.  We ask the questions and learn the chemistry behind beauty products so you don't have to.  Only super clean, effective products appear on our site.  We are picky!

We stock only products with sustainable, proven-safe preservatives and we do not stock any products with silicones that can cause skin breakouts or weigh down your hair.  The brands we carry use organic and natural ingredients from renewable resources that are biodegradable, safe for you and the environment, and are not tested on animals.  

Products from Alima Pure, Pure Anada, Lauren Brooke, Intelligent Nutrients and other makeup, haircare, etc and found in our "Beauty" section can be returned for a refund of original purchase price if returned to us in unused, resaleable condition within 30 days. If the item has been opened and used we will accept the item back within 30 days for store credit only as long as 50% or more of the product is remaining in the container.

Purchase any one Blissoma brand product in your sale order from 2/22 through 2/28 and you will receive 500 bonus loyalty points to your customer account. There is no code to redeem this offer and the points will be applied automatically. Make sure you create an account when checking out, or login to your existing one so the points get saved properly.
